Our Kids Martial Arts Program Offers

MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, And So Much More!

At Rock City MMA, we’re proud to help kids all across our community find success. Our Kids Martial Arts program offers instruction in both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts.

We have classes for all ages and experience levels AND we’re giving you the chance to try it out with
a two-week trial membership offer.

We work hard in our Kids Martial Arts program to help students of all abilities find success. We offer age-specific classes and hands-on instruction to meet your child’s unique needs.

Mat Rats MMA & BJJ (Ages 4-5 & 6-8):

Our most basic instruction, this program is all about learning the fundamentals and having fun in the process. We offer scalable exercises for students of all skill levels and we maintain a safe, supportive environment. Your child can quickly learn:

Youth MMA & BJJ (Ages 8-12):

In most cases, our students come for the high-energy physical aspects of our training. Their parents come for the mental, social, and emotional development we can offer their child.

The Kirby's are the greatest inspiration! My 11yo daughter has been training with Nathan over a year and he is now my personal trainer. I can say enough positive things about this place for growth on a physical and mental level for both of us.

We love Rock City MMA! My there year old Henry is shy and Coach Kirby is great with him. Patient but firm and a lot of fun. We attend twice a week and there is always variety in each class and creative ways to teach the kids new things while building on previously taught skills. After just three classes Henry looks foward to the class and showing Coach Kirby his new moves! Highly recommend
